We will go out of this area as a Buyers Broker. Typically it is for a client who is strong on finances and short on time looking for a large property with a specific criteria such as hunting. I am capable of evaluating any property but it typically has been in the western United States. These are done with a separate contract covering the Buyers objectives and my income and expenses.
